Bit harsh.

Like feminism, it can sometimes go too far. Don't think I'm some kind of KKK guy or something; we give those fuckers as good a tongue-lashing on here as any.

The whole point of diversity is that you accept pretty much everyone. You reject someone on grounds of race, ethnicity and sexual orientation, guess what, buddy? It ain't diversity any more.
