Spam is now classified as repeating the same message over 15 times in a topic or spamming the same message over 15 or more topics.
The staff will give you 50000 warnings, and then action will be taken. Moderators, take note; you can ONLY take permanent action if the user exceeds the 50000 warnings he or she has been set. Otherwise, a simple telling off and locking the topic will suffice. I don't expect you to take creative licence with the rules, I expect you to follow and enforce them. I am the ONLY person who creates the rules. Your job is to enforce and obey them.
I'm not asking you about changing the rule, I'm informing you. This forum is mine, I control it completely, and only I will determine how it's run. Even those fucktards at Forumotion can do fuck all about how I run my forum, since what they don't know won't hurt them (except for the bloody flood control, which I've tried time and time again to disable..or even negate its effects by setting it to the minimum value). But I believe that these changes will be well received by most people. I have long been of the opinion that spam is at best a minor problem a forum can encounter. It is little more than a nuisance, and that too by more conservative members of the forum. It is a sport, and we have made it easier for you to boost your post count by spam. You can spam to your heart's content in the spam section, and even create a reasonable number of spam threads in the normal threads, providing you do not abuse it; more than fifteen of these, and you will be considered to be spamming the forum. I'm sure many of you will be happy about the changes.
